Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is instrumental in driving financial strategies, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance as we continue our journey of expansion and impact. The Financial Controller will also collaborate closely with our dynamic team in Kenya, fostering cross-border alignment and supporting the financial needs of our operations in Africa.

Key Requirements

• Professional Qualifications: CPA license with experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (High-tech division preferred).
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in financial management within multinational companies, preferably in fintech sectors.
• Financial Product Knowledge: Understanding of financial products and services; familiarity with invoice financing and credit line management is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and a knack for problem-solving.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Leadership and Adaptability: Ability to drive processes, work under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Innovative Thinking: Passion for leveraging technology to improve processes and drive efficiency.
