The position

Job description

Role Overview

Following the expansion of its customer base, AZmed wishes to increase its ressources for support and deployment. The mission encompasses the entire portfolio - internal products (Rayvolve Suite for X-Rays, Rayscan Suite for CT-scans) and external partner solutions - over all business units (worldwide client base).

The position of Deployment & Support Engineer is full-time, based in Paris, and part of the Product and Operations department.

Responsibilities

Regarding operations:

  • Manage and resolve client technical support requests.

  • Install new devices of AZmed’s products for new clients.

  • Optimize client environments through configuration management and performance updates.

  • Organize and deploy new releases and patches.

Regarding processes & collaborations

  • Ensure the application of Quality System Management processes for client complaints, in collaboration with the Quality team.

  • Develop and maintain automation tools for Rayvolve installation in relation with the Dev, DevOps and AI teams.

  • Collaborate with the Account Management teams to convert deals from a free trial phase to a paying phase, and answer clients’ needs.

  • Work closely with the Product team to gather and provide insights on client experiences and Rayvolve installations.


Preferred experience

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in technical support - Levels 1 (frontline in support of the Business teams) and 2 (technical resolution).

  • Experience in system administration and deployment of complex applications.

  • Expertise in installing and maintaining secure Linux infrastructures, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).

  • Expertise deploying virtual machines and appliances (OVA), configuring networks (VPN, firewall, SSH), and automating tasks via Shell or Python scripting.

  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and management of cloud and on-premise infrastructures.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Motivation to contribute to healthcare improvement through medical AI and radiology analysis solutions, and, ideally, experience in the medical and/or AI industries.


Recruitment process

  • Screening interview with the manager Gaétan (30 min, remote)

  • In-depth interview with the manager and one team member (2 hours)

  • Meet the team and founders (2h30 hours, at the office)
