THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Sales / Account Manager to join our Sales & Client Operations Team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can convert leads into onboarded clients and is comfortable working in a regulated fintech environment.
Your work will have two key tracks:
• Events & conferences: meet potential clients, run conversations on-site, and convert interest into active opportunities.
• Inbound leads & onboarding conversion: work with applications in our system, proactively guide clients through onboarding, and ensure they complete the steps needed to open and activate an account.
LEAD CONVERSION & ONBOARDING (CORE)
• Manage inbound leads and client applications across different onboarding stages.
• Proactively guide clients through the onboarding journey (KYC + document submission + ID verification) to drive completion and account activation.
• Follow up consistently via email, messaging, and phone calls.
• Run intro calls, answer product/process questions, set expectations, and move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates, statuses, and next steps in our internal tools.
• Collaborate with Compliance/Support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
EVENTS & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
• Attend relevant industry exhibitions and conferences (networking, meetings, follow-ups). Travel is seasonal and may range from 2–3 events in some months to one event every couple of months.
• Schedule meetings before events, handle on-site conversations, and execute structured post-event follow-up.
• Represent Narvi with a professional, human, account-manager style.
IMPROVING THE CONVERSION PROCESS
• Capture and document client feedback throughout the onboarding journey (pain points, objections, drop-off reasons).
• Identify where leads drop off and propose practical improvements.
• Share a monthly feedback summary with the team, including key patterns and your recommendations to improve onboarding and the product.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience attending events/exhibitions and converting event leads into pipeline.
• Additional languages (Spanish, French, Polish, Russian, etc.).
• Experience working with high-value or high-risk businesses, or international B2B clients.
