Operations Associate

Beam Health builds AI-powered systems that automate the operational backbone of medical practices - from intake and documentation to revenue and IT. We work with specialty clinics that run on fragmented tools, and replace the manual busywork with intelligent automation.
We’re looking for a highly adaptable Operations Associate - someone who’s energized by solving messy real-world problems and can flex across sales, customer success, onboarding, and internal ops. This is not a narrow role. It’s a true “do-what’s-needed” position at an early-stage startup.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Own relationships with clinics: be their point of contact post-sales, ensure adoption + satisfaction
- Assist in sales processes: qualify inbound leads, prep demos, follow up with prospects
- Coordinate onboarding: gather access, schedule kickoff, ensure clinic goes live smoothly
- Monitor and triage issues: spot and escalate problems before they become fires
- Document + improve repeatable processes (playbooks, checklists, SOPs)
- Jump into anything needed: from gathering requirements to updating CRM to tracking ROI
You’re a fit if:
- You adapt quickly and don’t freeze when the map isn’t fully drawn
- You’re clear, confident, and professional with customers (email + calls)
- You’re organized and follow through - nothing slips through cracks with you
- You like wearing multiple hats vs. being stuck in a narrow lane
- Experience in healthcare operations, customer success, or startup sales is a plus, but not required
