About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive with determination and passion to drive revenue results by helping our clients solve key challenges in their business operations, utilizing our software platform. A Senior Sales Executive is expected to be knowledgeable about Betterteem’s products and services and to be updated with the latest tools available to improve sales operations. They are insanely good at identifying potential clients from a list of leads and contacting them by email, social media, or phone. The goal is to get the potential client interested enough in Betterteem to agree to meet with a sales executive.
What you'll do
Aside from contacting potential clients and gauging their interest, a Betterteem Senior Sales Executive is also responsible for leading demo presentations, traveling for client acquisition, and updating relevant databases with customer information. They also conduct follow-ups to confirm or reschedule missed appointments.
A Senior Sales Executive is familiar with fast-paced environments and is often expected to send a high volume of emails and engage online or by phone. Since they are usually given a target, an excellent Senior Sales Executive must be self-motivated and results-driven. Additionally, to be successful in this role, they must have the following skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience in managing and executing complex sales cycles -$500K+ contract value
- Experience in the AI-tech and HR industry, knowledge of ad sales processes and systems such as CRMs and OMS, preferably
- Recognized and proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and quotas
- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot, Apollo, Salesforce, etc)
- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong creative thinking and solution mapping skills
- Excellent consultative sales skills in defining needs analysis, qualification, exposing clients' status quo, and presenting solutions
- Constant over-achiever, highly competitive, creative, and solutions-oriented – enjoys a challenge and a fast-paced environment
- Experience in strategic sales methodologies and practices
- Travel ready
Compensation
Monthly salary + commissions
