What we're looking for
We're looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sourcing top talent and scaling a new, innovative business, this is the position for you.
This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to meet our staffing objectives. You will have direct access to leadership and will play a key role in shaping the future of our team.
What you will do
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet our staffing objectives
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Contribute to the development of our employer brand and growing our team
Play a key role in shaping the future of Bild's team
Who you are
2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
Comfortable making decisions with a sense of urgency, and a proven capability of managing multiple projects at once
Demonstrated track record of building strong, consultative relationships with senior executives
Highly skilled in identifying talent, networking and negotiating
Experience in recruiting for various roles and levels in an organization
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Strong decision-making skills and ability to use data to inform recruiting strategies
