BioticsAI is transforming prenatal ultrasound with AI-powered workflow automation, quality assurance, and clinical decision support. Our platform helps ultrasound teams complete exams more efficiently, reduce incomplete studies, improve reporting, and support better care for mothers and babies.
We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to help us grow across hospitals, MFM practices, women’s health centers, and telehealth ultrasound networks.
Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify and prospect new healthcare accounts, including hospitals, MFM groups, OB practices, and imaging centers
- Build relationships with physicians, ultrasound directors, practice administrators, IT leaders, and executives
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, conferences, and in-person visits
- Schedule and run product demos with clinical and operational teams
- Educate prospects on how BioticsAI improves prenatal ultrasound workflow, quality assurance, and reporting efficiency
- Manage the sales process from first conversation to pilot, contract, and implementation handoff
- Represent BioticsAI at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Work closely with leadership, clinical application specialists, and product teams to support customer needs
- Track pipeline activity, deal progress, objections, and next steps in CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in healthcare sales, medical device sales, SaaS sales, or clinical technology sales
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with physicians, sonographers, administrators, and executives
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, demos, conferences, and on-site visits
- Self-starter who can prospect, follow up, and manage a pipeline independently
- Comfortable selling into complex healthcare organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Interest in AI, women’s health, prenatal care, and ultrasound technology
- Experience selling into OB/GYN, MFM, radiology, imaging, or hospital systems is a plus
Ideal Background
- 4+ years of healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, ultrasound, or SaaS sales experience
- Existing relationships with hospitals, OB/GYN groups, MFM practices, or imaging centers
- Experience with enterprise healthcare sales cycles, pilots, procurement, and IT/security reviews
- Strong ability to explain technical products in a clear, simple, and clinically relevant way

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission, based on experience.
