What you'll be doing 💼
As a start-up, we’re laser-focused on traction, so you’ll be engaging with forward-thinking businesses who want to support the needs of their employees.
Customer engagement will be with HR professionals, in rapidly growing scale-ups or established SMEs, who want to support the wellbeing of their employees. Their motivations may include attracting and retaining the best talent, dealing with workplace stress, and creating an amazing employee experience.
Financial Wellbeing is an emerging category, so communicating the importance and value of Bippit’s service to the right personas is vitally important.
This means that experience with the Employee Benefit or HR Tech industry is essential. Bonus points for experience in Financial Services or FinTech as well.
As a founding employee and Bippit’s Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing an end-to-end process, ahead growing your own team...
Top of funnel: Strategic targeting & segmentation, leads research, direct omnichannel outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Using existing HR contacts and networks to engage with companies looking for the best in employee wellbeing, and cut through the noise with touchpoints and copywriting that can’t be ignored.
Middle of funnel: Keeping leads engaged with beautifully crafted sequences and well-timed content, to pack out team calendars with meetings.
*Bottom of funnel: *Running demos and webinars, to close deals and help our customer convert, with support from the rest of the Bippit team.
You’ll be iterating the messaging and strategy rapidly throughout the funnel, to test what resonates with our HR personas, and convert more opportunities, while reporting back to the founders. This will help us learn what drives their purchasing decisions, so we can reach more people, and deliver a service that helps everyone build a better financial future.
