BlackOakTV is a subscription video streaming service and a platform that exclusively tells black stories from the next generation of storytellers. We have brought black viewers and creators together, on one platform, unlocking better economics for creators, allowing them to tell the stories that black viewers across the U.S., and beyond, want to watch, debate, and engage with in a way that is exclusive to the black community. We have 18 original series that will debut in 2021, all from black creators with millions of fans who already like, comment, and buy from these cultural influencers. Sure, the competition might wake up and realize it's time to focus on this audience. But we're providing something they can't: a product with an end-to-end unapologetically black experience that isn't disintermediated, connects viewers with the future of storytelling and that at the company's highest levels, is focused on superserving just one audience: black viewers.
