Operations Specialist ( People/Talent Acquisition ) Graduate Role
Hybrid position: working 3 days a week from our London office

These are not traditional recruitment roles, these roles will have a focus on building for scale, optimising processes and driving impact from day one.
Day to day work will include:
· operating TA processes ( scheduling etc)
· Identifying and running Employer Brand initiatives
· Re-designing how we assess great candidates
· Supporting exec level leaders in how to market roles and find great candidates.
· Wider People team projects as required
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll get exposure to levels of the business that are unparalleled in other companies. From day one you’ll be supported in learning the business and how to operate, but equally encouraged to ask constructive questions and help up build the next evolution of the company.
