Hybrid position: working 3 days a week from our London office

At Blink, we’re building a different kind of people team. These roles sit within our people team with a focus on building, operating, and evolving how we find and recruit world class people, and having a direct influence on the companys results.

This is not a traditional TA, HR or People roles, these roles will have a focus on building for scale, optimising processes and driving impact from day one.

Day to day work will include:

  • Operating TA processes ( scheduling etc)
  • Day to day people tasks including office management
  • Identifying and running Employer Brand initiatives
  • Re-designing how we assess great candidates
  • L&D Operations
  • Supporting exec level leaders in how to market roles and find great candidates.
  • Wider People team projects as required

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll get exposure to levels of the business that are unparalleled in other companies at this stage of your career. From day one you’ll be supported in learning the business and how to operate, but equally encouraged to ask constructive questions and help up build the next evolution of the company.
