Opportunity

This is a great sales leadership opportunity for someone mid-level in her/their/his career but looking to move into a leadership role and who loves the challenge of growing an early-stage startup like BluBinder.  This individual would be part of our Exec Team, build our sales process, shape sales and product strategy and drive sales directly.  

Looking for:

• Someone with demonstrated startup DNA in B2B sales or business development - namely, ready to hustle, adapt to change, roll sleeves up to handle the sales logistics (we mean you, HubSpot) but also lead direct sales with prospects as well
• Someone with financial services sales background (fintech or SaaS a plus but not required); or legal services sales background (estate planning is the area we focus on here)
• Someone who could bring a network of potential prospects in our sweet spot
• Someone anywhere in the US

Job details:

• 100% remote (the company is all-remote)
• Full-time contract (for now)
• Comp: some cash (what an early-stage startup can afford) + commission + equity
