Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our marketing operations and channel management.
This role will be primarily responsible for developing, deploying, optimizing, and reporting on the channel and audience-level performance and automated journeys by working in close collaboration with Field Marketing, Design, Content, Product Marketing and Sales. The successful candidate will be a growth-minded person who is technical enough to understand data, campaign set-up, back-end analysis, and is able to quickly iterate on those learnings and communicate them to the broader team.
This person will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely execution of campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and company goals while also improving the user experience throughout the buyer journey.
- Manage and execute outbound marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as email, social media, display, and paid search.
- Monitor and analyze metrics across our website and marketing campaigns, deliver reporting, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and improve conversion rate optimization (CRO), clickthrough rates, etc.
- Maintain and optimize our marketing tools and tech stack, ensuring they are up-to-date, effectively integrated, and that we are taking advantage of automation capabilities to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify key trends and/or optimizations within campaigns and provide recommendations on improvements proactively to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS tech companies ideal
- Deep understanding of digital channels, including but not limited to email, search, social and display
- Experience working in Marketo, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, WordPress and LinkedIn Advertising
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with an ability to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities/focuses as needed
