Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities: Build Bluecore’s multi-channel marketing audience segmentation platform, formulating AI/ML-based marketing segmentation strategy, and translating into technical product requirements. Provide expertise on personalization-based segmentation systems and data quality and hygiene. Serve in a cross-functional role, working closely with engineering, design, program management, marketing, sales, and legal teams. Envision and execute business opportunities; articulate channel strategies and translate into product requirements; identify and describe engineering data platform needs; define and prioritize scaling needs as the company onboards new customers, grows existing customers, and expands internationally; ensure compliance with data regulations. Lead partnership and client meetings, working directly with teams from the largest enterprise retailers and internet platforms (Facebook, Google) in the world. Manage trade-offs between engineering level of effort and customer experiences. Derive hypotheses, test with monitoring of data, organize into insights, and identify ways to improve efficiency. Prioritize strategy for expansion of interfaces used to scale the audience segmentation platform. Incorporate industry best practices in marketing and retail analytics. Enable audience segment activation in preferred channels. Fully remote position.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering (Software, Computer, or Financial) or a related field, plus 5 years of experience performing market research and analysis. Prior experience must include: 4 years of experience developing technical product strategy for data and analytics-based products; and 4 years of experience independently driving and managing complex technical products in the software industry. Successful delivery of at least one product line to market required. Must successfully complete competency-based interview.

Expected salary range is $155,000 to $205,000.
