Executive Business Partner

What you’ll be doing

The role of the Executive Business Partner is to provide a full suite of administrative support for their executives and relevant organizations with varying levels of needs. You’ll provide high level administrative and strategic support in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment that is ever-changing.

We are looking for a high-performing EBP to support two C-Suite executives. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Sales and Customer Success organizations, and a track record of managing high volume schedules while simultaneously prioritizing other tasks in a supportive role to busy senior level leaders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple calendars to accommodate shifting priorities, create and maintain daily schedules, prioritize incoming requests, and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Act as the point of contact for the assigned executives, manage internal and external professional interactions and communications, and ensure all parties are treated with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Prioritize prospect and customer interactions with the appropriate urgency.
  • Focus on building a strategic partnership with executives to progress the achievement of their goals.
  • Facilitate and optimize functional operations as desired by executive; team meetings, agendas, meeting formats, and purpose.
  • Proactively drive execution of the operating rhythm and strategy of executives; ensure meeting processes and deliverables are met, assist in the preparation of content as requested, and track actions items and accountability of others through to completion.
  • Prioritize work-flows to accommodate the needs of the executives and their teams as strategies and/or approaches shift.
  • Demonstrate highly developed business acumen in order to independently anticipate the next step in a process; look ahead for your team, and be resourceful.
  • Attend key meetings and presentations as directed by executives; take notes as requested and track follow ups as needed.
  • Handle confidential materials and information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and diplomacy.
  • Organize travel bookings, itineraries and meal reservations - and manage adjustments - as needed.
  • Support executive attendance for field and customer events; collaborating with the Marketing team and account teams to ensure executive attendance is impactful.
  • Plan and assist with internal company and team events from inception to completion as needed; strategic and social.
  • Work closely with the Executive Operations team to ensure executive alignment and success
  • Assist in special projects within the Executive Operations team, flexing into different responsibilities with ease, with the understanding that no job is too big or too small.
  • Work collaboratively with all teams, leveraging appropriate resources to support and fulfill deliverables.

Requirements

  • Exceptional commitment to a growth mindset and motivated by continuous self-improvement and learning.
  • Proven ability to synthesize information and make decisions in complex situations with imperfect information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective professional relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment to accomplish goals.
  • Proficiency in software such as Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) is required; Zoom and Slack are preferred.
  • 3-4 years of administrative, executive assistant or relevant experience (experience supporting C-Suite executives is a key asset) in a professional, high-demand and dynamic environment.

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $100,000 base salary

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Bluecore. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Bluecorians. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Bluecore to land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
