QA Specialist, Campaign Development
US Hours: 9AM to 5PM EST
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the final checkpoint for all promotional campaigns, ensuring every email, web, and SMS message is delivered flawlessly.
With an extreme eye for detail, you will conduct final reviews before deliverables reach our customers, minimizing revisions and feedback rounds.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on campaign requirements and specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing of email and website campaigns across multiple devices, browsers, and platforms using tools like Litmus, Email on Acid, BrowserStack, or LambdaTest to ensure flawless rendering and functionality.
- Verify all functional elements, including link accuracy, tracking implementation, and audience segmentation.
- Clearly report, track, and validate issues and defects using our internal feedback and project management systems.
- Analyze and document recurring issues to identify trends and help the team implement long-term solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for Onboarding, Customer Success, and Project Management teams for any project-specific questions and updates.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a production QA role.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of W3C and WCAG accessibility standards and best practices.
Cognitive Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on pixel-perfect execution.
- A strong understanding of design aesthetics, graphic standards, and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Tools
- Proficiency with browser inspector tools for cross-browser testing and debugging.
- Experience with Accessibility testing.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma.
- Familiarity with project management software like JIRA, Asana, Trello.
Work Hours
This full-time position requires working during US business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST which translates to 6:30 pm till 2:30 am IST. Occasional flexibility may be needed to meet project deadlines.
