About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive the planning and execution of blueflite programs. You’ll lead schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the central point of accountability from project kickoff through flight demos and delivery. This role is customer-facing and execution-focused—ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and our world-class UAS programs move forward without compromise.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, compliance, and operations teams.
- Act as the main customer interface for project scope, requests, and demos.
- Plan and execute internal and external flight demonstrations.
- Lead regular coordination meetings, track progress, and report status.
- Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality requirements are integrated throughout.
About You
- 5+ years of project/program management experience in aerospace, robotics, or related field.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects in small, agile teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- Hands-on exposure to UAS programs, flight testing, or defense projects preferred.
- (Bonus) Knowledge of regulatory and safety frameworks in aerospace/defense.
