Bob’s Containers is looking for organized, self motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team!The Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing the process of customer retention. Their duties include interacting with new and existing customers on a regular basis, answering emails and messages, directing the build team on how to best help customers, and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.- Communicate and answer messages on Co-construct- Scheduling meetings with customers and build team- Lead confirmation calls- Managing customers build schedules- Manage and update customer response templates- Ensure customer satisfactionQualifications- Construction and customer service experience is a plus but not required.- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Email hr@bobscontainers.com with your resume and cover letter if you feel you are a good fit.
