The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 130,800.00 USD - 171,675.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Sales Finance at SC Johnson, you will support the North America business as a key finance partner to U.S. and Puerto Rico sales teams. You will help drive profitable growth by delivering financial insights, leading forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to optimize trade investment, strengthen financial processes, and achieve revenue and profitability goals. You will bring strong analytical thinking, challenge assumptions, and focus on delivering actionable, business-driven outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies and key initiatives that drive volume and profitability for major accounts, including Walmart and Puerto Rico
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to sales teams to support revenue growth and improve account-level profitability
- Lead forecasting and planning processes, including sales and trade spend, by identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to meet financial targets
- Analyze financial performance, including pricing, trade investment, and profitability, to generate insights and inform decision-making
- Develop and deliver recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of trade spending across U.S. sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve business challenges and enhance financial decision-making
- Prepare and present financial analyses, business cases, and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Strengthen financial processes and controls by monitoring performance, managing expenses, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance and accuracy
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 7+ years of directly related experience in finance, OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of directly related experience
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Strong accounting, financial, and data-driven analytical skills, with Supply Chain and/or Commercial experience
- Strategic thinking and demonstrated experience in providing financial support to executives
- Ability to summarize and communicate financial analysis in a clear, succinct, and fact-based manner to enable speed and quality of decision-making
- Ability to generate breakthrough ideas and provide the business with long-term, sustainable competitive advantage
- Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements
- Proven capability to lead through change and ambiguity while maintaining engagement and accountability
- Strong collaboration and influence skills across functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle a wide range and complexity of business problems
- Demonstrated capacity to assess disparate data streams and distill them into meaningful and, ultimately, actionable strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SAP, BW, and BPC
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full time Monday through Friday business hours
- Preferred Location: Northwest Arkansas
- This role is not eligible for relocation support.
