You will be responsible on the Business development and managing the total business portfolio in the area East Central Visayas (Cebu, Samar-Leyte, Bohol). You will work closely with SCJ’s appointed distributor and retail partners to ensure execution of channel and brand strategies, achievement of annual sales, profit and growth goals.You will also be responsible for the distribution growth for downline accounts as an essential key priority and be responsible in the overall 5Ps execution excellence.

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets (sales, distribution, merchandising, and receivables) by effectively managing distributor sales teams.
  • Analyze and optimize Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategies to improve cost efficiency and channel coverage.
  • Translate internal and external data (DIAL, SISO, Nielsen, POS, inventory, market trends) into actionable trade‑level insights and programs.
  • Ensure optimal distributor inventory levels by closely monitoring sell‑out and stock positions.
  • Manage trade spending and deals through key account planning, tracking, and performance evaluation.
  • Review sales performance to identify opportunities, set priorities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Execute sales and marketing programs to grow brand distribution and volume, and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with distributors.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Degree holder, preferably in the area of Business Admin, commercial or its equivalent

  • Possess at least 5 years relevant experience in FMCG industry

  • 5 years of sales and key customer/distributor management experience in an FMCG environment

  • Result oriented and performance driven.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Language Literacy - English, Tagalog

  • Knows how to drive with professional/non-professional driver’s license

  • Agility to be assigned within the Philippines
