Are you a commercially driven leader ready to make an impact across emerging and developed markets?
We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to spearhead our business in Singapore and Cambodia. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive profitable growth, strengthen distributor partnerships, and shape our market presence across diverse channels.
Working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business performance and building long-term market success.
What You’ll Own:
Lead end-to-end country strategy, delivering sustainable and profitable growth
Drive strong distributor partnerships, including joint business planning and capability development
Elevate sales fundamentals: distribution, visibility, promotions, and in-store excellence
Maximize ROI through effective trade investments and commercialization strategies
Identify growth opportunities through market, consumer, and competitor insights
Collaborate across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional teams to deliver business targets
Ensure robust governance, compliance, and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring:
MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution
Minimum 10 years’ FMCG experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Proven track record in managing full-service distributors across General & Modern Trade
Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
