  • Define, organize, curate, and improve ADLC artifacts, including governance documentation, standards, controls, the agent registry, and skills library.

  • Lead cross-functional improvement activities, aligning stakeholders on priorities, decisions, follow-ups, and progress.

  • Analyze conversation data, feedback, evaluation results, and performance metrics to identify risks, gaps, failure patterns, and improvement opportunities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 3+ years of experience working with data analysis, SDLC or other lifecycle processes, AI-enabled workflows, governance practices, technology project management, or technology-enabled business improvement.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using leading generative AI assistants to support analysis, workflow improvement, and applied AI use cases.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret system behavior, process performance, risks, and outcomes.

  • Experience analyzing system outputs, user interactions, or performance data to identify issues or improvements.

  • Experience communicating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and coordinating work across teams or functions.

  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert for a defined process, workflow, technology capability, governance area, or reusable knowledge resource.

  • Experience organizing and curating information, documentation, standards, files, or reusable knowledge assets using digital tools and structured workflows.

  • Ability to translate observations into structured insights, actionable recommendations, and prioritization decisions.

  • Ability to guide cross-functional discussions, coordinate follow-up actions, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
