ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes Key Account do varejo de bens de consumo. Trabalhar na elaboração de forcast de vendas, gestão de sell in / sell out e construção de planos estratégicos para desenvolvimento das Categorías e Marcas SC Johnson.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Negociação e construção de JBP,
  • Gestão e controle de investimento,
  • Execução e estratégias de mercado,
  • Interpretação de contratos comerciais,
  • Atuar e conduzir negociações comerciais,
  • Análise de dados e elaboração de planos de vendas,
  • Tracking dos principais KPI´s: Sell in/out, share e execução no PDV,
  • Conectar dados através de análises de mercado obtidas de visitas comerciais e relatórios de mercado (Nielsen, Scantech...etc) para identificar oportunidades e propor soluções.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Superior completo
  • Inglês desejável
  • Desejável experiência em indústrias de Bens de Consumo Rápido (FMCG).
  • Habilidade em comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, trabalho em equipe, growth mindset e accountability

  • Atuação com os clientes em São Paulo e disponibilidade de viagens pontuais- uma vez por bimestre
