At SC Johnson (SCJ), we’re building a talent pool of driven fresh graduates to join our HR Delivery Center — the frontline team supporting employees across the region.
What You’ll Do
As an HR Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering great employee experience. You will:
Support employees via phone, email, and chat on HR inquiries.
Resolve requests using HR systems and tools (e.g., case management, Workday).
Guide employees on HR services, policies, and self-service tools.
Manage multiple queries and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Contribute to improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and customer service mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ experience
