Manufacturing Job ID: 33507ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support the Manufacturing team in analyzing operational data, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities within production processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement, equipment efficiency, and productivity projects, developing practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and industrial performance analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze manufacturing data to generate performance indicators and support decision-making.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and TPM tools and methodologies.
- Support the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve machine efficiency and reduce process losses.
- Assist with labor productivity studies and manufacturing process analyses.
- Participate in problem-solving activities and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of Manufacturing processes.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control & Automation, or related fields).
- Must be enrolled between the 1st and 3rd year of the degree program; students in their 4th and 5th years are not eligible due to the maximum internship duration of 2 years.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of English
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Interest in data analysis, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities. · Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
