About the Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Director, EMEA, this role leads the EMEA Costing function and Supply Chain FP&A activities. You will act as a strategic financial partner to Supply Chain leadership, providing business insights, financial analysis, forecasting expertise, and decision support for key regional initiatives. You will also champion financial controls, drive continuous improvement, and develop a multi-country team of finance professionals.

About the Team/Department

The EMEA Supply Chain Finance team partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Innovation, and Commercial teams to optimize cost structures, improve financial performance, and support strategic growth initiatives across the region. The team operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment and plays a critical role in driving fact-based decision making and operational excellence. Based on the current structure, the role leads a team of 11 finance professionals across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor and strategic business partner to Europe and AMET Supply Chain leadership teams.

  • Drive financial performance, governance, and optimization of total delivered costs across the region.

  • Lead financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives, including sourcing strategies, network optimization, new product launches, and cost-saving programs.

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, planning, and cost management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead monthly forecasting and cost of sales projections integrated with the S&OP process, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.

  • Deliver meaningful KPI reporting, business insights, and performance analyses that support timely decision making.

  • Ensure strong financial governance through oversight of Reporting & Analytics and Standard Cost processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support compliance with internal audit recommendations.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-country finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Manage a complex regional scope covering Europe and AMET, supporting over $0.5B in total delivered costs.

Experience You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Significant experience in Finance, FP&A, Costing, Supply Chain Finance, or related financial leadership roles.

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, including business case development, project valuation, discounted cash flow analysis, and P&L management.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven success managing regional or multinational business environments.

  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, or similar enterprise planning and reporting tools.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience within Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Costing, or EMEA operations is highly desirable.

The expected gross salary range for this position is between 69 100,00 EUR - 90 600,00 EUR. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
