About Precision OT Network

Precision OT Network is an AI-enhanced Occupational Therapy clinic on a mission to redefine Occupational Therapy. By integrating more data-driven care and AI, we aim to enhance the way therapists work, allowing them to deliver care more efficiently and with greater precision.

We’re growing quickly, and we’re inviting innovative, forward-thinking OTs in Barrie and the surrounding area (or willing to relocate) to help us transform OT. We are actively hiring in the Barrie region and offer a relocation bonus for candidates who move to Barrie. You’ll work with clients recovering from complex cognitive, neurological, and psychosocial impairments across multiple payer types—including disability claims, private pay, MVA, employer-sponsored, and extended health benefits.

You’ll guide them through their recovery using transparent, step-by-step treatment plans, supported by our AI-driven platform and mobile app designed to support engagement and positive client progress.

  • 🚚 Relocation Support: Relocation bonus available for candidates moving to Barrie.
Key Responsibilities

In this hybrid role, you’ll provide both virtual and community-based care, delivering personalized treatment for clients with neurological and psychosocial conditions.

  • Client-Centered Care: Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans, delivering high-quality treatment by guiding clients through recovery with the help of Precision OT Network’s AI platform and client-facing mobile app.
  • In-Home & Community Care: Deliver care where it’s most impactful—in clients’ homes, workplaces, community settings, or virtually.
  • Engagement Through Technology: Leverage our AI-driven platform designed to enhance care planning, improve engagement, track client progress, and simplify documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care.
  • Comprehensive Rehab Services: Provide start-to-finish care, including assessments, concussion treatment, cognitive rehab, mental health interventions, and more.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with legal professionals, insurance adjusters, disability case managers, an interdisciplinary care team, and other community partners to facilitate the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Legal & Insurance Assessments: Conduct community-based assessments to determine eligibility for benefits and access to services.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Occupational Therapy and member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • We encourage new graduates to apply. ~3 years’ experience in community and neuro-rehab is preferred but not essential. Exposure to the auto sector and applicable legislation is considered an asset.
  • Enthusiasm for integrating technology into practice to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage self-scheduling, and work independently.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational skills, and experience in report writing.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for community-based work.
