We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Finance Operations Manager.

This role requires someone who can oversee management at a high level while also being hands-on in managing supplier payments and customer charges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for numbers, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in fundraising, working closely with banks, and conducting financial projections with an entrepreneurial mindset are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including but not limited to supplier payments, customer charges, and financial reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in fundraising efforts by providing financial data and analysis to support investment pitches and presentations.
  • Maintain communication with banks and financial institutions regarding funding, loans, and other financial matters.
  • Conduct financial projections and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in finance operations, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fundraising, working closely with banks, and conducting financial projections with an entrepreneurial mindset is preferred.
