The Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own complex, cross-platform product areas in a B2B2C environment.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end product initiatives at the intersection of platform, integrations, user experience, and business operations. You will translate company and partner needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, while working closely with engineering teams in an Agile setup.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, aligned with company goals and B2B2C platform needs
- Translate business and partner requirements into clear KPIs, success metrics, and prioritized initiatives
- Own end-to-end product delivery: discovery, requirements definition, development, launch, iteration, and optimization
- Use cutting edge AI vibe-coding and other tools to create prototypes and initial product versions
- Lead Agile product processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with engineering teams on technical design, system architecture, scalability, and integrations
- Own complex product domains such as partner onboarding, inventory, pricing, booking flows, order lifecycle, and operational tools
- Define user journeys, wireframes, and detailed product specifications for both B2B and B2C users
- Ensure product solutions balance partner needs, end-user experience, and technical constraints
- Drive experimentation and optimization, using data, funnel analysis, and user feedback to improve conversion, usability, and operational efficiency
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across product, engineering, business, and operations, ensuring alignment and visibility
Requirements
- 2–4 years of Product Management experience, with clear end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch and measurable impact
- Experience working on technical platforms, preferably in Travel Tech, Marketplaces, or B2B2C products
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and cross-functional execution
- Know how to use AI vibe-coding tools
- Proven ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong data-driven mindset, including defining KPIs, analyzing funnels, and using insights to guide prioritization
- Hands-on experience working closely with UX/UI designers, shaping user flows and product experiences
- High technical fluency, with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering on system behavior, integrations, and tradeoffs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
