RoleThis is a unique opportunity to be our Sales employee number 1 and build our commercial engine from the ground up. You will own how Bruin enters accounts, how we open doors, and how we turn interest into revenue. You will design and run outbound plays, convert pipeline into meetings, and close commercial agreements. This is a hands on role focused on execution, ownership, and direct impact on the business. After proving success and repeatability, you will build and lead the sales team.
What You'll Do- Build outbound campaigns and motions that generate meetings with our ICP
- Own the commercial side of the sales cycle from first call until signature
- Work with Product Marketing to sharpen messaging that converts
- Work with the GTM Engineer to test and scale outbound systems
- After proving repeatability, hire and lead a sales team
- 5 or more years in Sales or BD in a startup environment
- Proven track record of closing revenue hands-on
- Strong execution bias and comfortable iterating fast
- Bonus: experience selling dev tools or data infrastructure
- At least 5 hours overlap with Berlin timezone
