Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership in the development and enhancement of our SaaS solutions in the building decarbonization sector.
• Collaborate closely with the product management team to define the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, increase efficiency, and enhance software quality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into the company's technology strategy.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI, and QA, to deliver exceptional user experiences and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify training needs to foster professional growth within the technology team.
• Monitor and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.

Your Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET and JavaScript technologies.
• A solid understanding of different front end technologies and creating scalable, consistent framework that can be followed by development team.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of developers and engineers.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Proficient in project management and resource allocation, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Passionate about sustainability and driving positive environmental impact through technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
