Cachet, a fast-growing Estonian InsurTech is looking for an Insurance Product Manager to join our team and journey towards shaping the way future insurance works.

As an Insurance Product Manager at Cachet, your main purpose will be to develop and launch new data-driven insurance products and services tailored to our target groups. Additionally, you will be responsible for localising existing products for the Estonian market and beyond. This role will focus on both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) customers.

What skills, experience and knowledge we are looking:

• Education: BA/MA degree
• Experience: minimum 3 years in insurance product development.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Slack and tech driven attitude (working with various Cachet platforms and systems to analyse products' performance).
• Language skills: Fluency in English and Estonian
• Personal characteristics: Good communication skills; team player attitude with the ability to work independently; ability to learn and adapt quickly; adept at building and maintaining partnerships; keeping in mind the big picture, but feeling comfortable in being detail oriented in your work.
• Other necessary skills: Understanding of compliance requirements and are proficient in customer research; good time management skills and prioritisation skills; agile mindset and way of working; great at making data-driven and metrics-driven decisions and analysis.
  
  

What you will be mainly doing:

• Developing and releasing new data-driven insurance products and services for our target groups.
• Providing product expertise and supporting various Cachet teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support & success.
• Negotiating deals with insurance carriers and partners to enhance our product offerings.
• Staying informed about regulatory changes in the insurance market and ensuring compliance with the latest requirements.
• Keeping a keen eye on competitors and market trends, ensuring that our products maintain unique selling propositions (USPs) and stay ahead in the market.
• Cultivating active relationships with insurers on different departmental levels.
• Continuously deepening your knowledge of insurance product lines to drive product innovation and excellence.
