This role is designed for ambitious builders and executioners - senior sales professionals with clear vision and process-minded thinking, strong will and attitude, drive for diligence, analytics and hands-on work, passion for selling complex products and experience in building trust.
You are a real good communicator, working with leads, accounts and also collaborating a lot with internal teams to make sure our targets are reached.
Your workload will be divided into client and sales work (60%) and leading sales processes, Book of business and Tier 2 and 3 initiatives (40%).
Our HQ is located in Tallinn, but we are happy to hire remotely with the agreement to travel minimum of once per month to meet the team and clients.
What we are needing your support with:
- Sales execution from start to finish;
- Strong collaboration with the sales team - Business Development Representatives, Solution Experts and others;
- Emphasis on work with Tier 2/ Tier 3 clients (mid and smaller clients), incl. managing sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards in sales execution, project management, and customer account management.
- Building accountability in the team to make sure people follow the process (while improving the process if needed)
- Keeping excellent sales hygiene and diligence with CRM, documentation, contract management;
- Acting as an account manager for big clients if needed;
- Excellent in project management - keeping in loop and leading the sales project until all agreements (incl. Insurance etc) have been done.
What we expect from you:
- Sales Experience: Several years of experience in sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and the challenges sales teams face. Experience in a sales management or leadership role is often preferred.
- Sales Enablement Experience: Prior experience in a sales enablement role where the individual was responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies and programs, processes.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tools and technologies such as CRM software (Hubspot).
- Content Creation and Management: Experience in developing and managing sales content, such as playbooks, scripts, and case studies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales enablement efforts with broader business objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales enablement plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess sales data, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information, negotiate and work with the team and the clients/prospects.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and Agility: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding of customer needs and how to align sales strategies to meet those needs.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and obstacles faced by the sales team.
