We are a hybrid team based in Tallinn, Stockholm, and Warsaw, and we work remotely across the EU.

What You' ll Do

As Customer Success Lead, you will ensure that our clients thrive with Cachet’s services by delivering exceptional onboarding, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring product adoption that aligns with our customers' business goals.

You will

· Own the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of Cachet’s products into their workflows.

· Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities to increase retention and growth.

· Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.

· Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for client needs and influence product development.

· Drive continuous improvement in internal customer success processes and systems to ensure service excellence.

· Use tools like Hubspot and customer data to track success metrics, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.

· Partner with Sales for smooth client handovers and a deep understanding of customer objectives and KPIs.

· Lead, support, and grow the Customer Success team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.

· Deliver business reviews and performance insights


Who You Are

· You have 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or consulting roles.

· You are a relationship builder with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

· You understand customer success metrics and are comfortable using CRM platforms (like Hubspot) to drive insight and efficiency.

· You’re analytical and strategic, yet pragmatic and hands-on in execution.

· You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote-first environment.

· You’ve led or supported a team, with proven ability to motivate and align others around common goals.

· You are fluent in English and confident delivering training or business reviews to clients.

· You’re skilled at building and maintaining
credible, professional relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to support growth.
