Role Summary
Own and operate Cachet’s growth engine: across channels, experiments, and funnel stages. This is a hands-on role for a multidimensional marketer who thrives on data, velocity, and outcomes. You’ll drive measurable growth through strategic experimentation and tactical execution.
The Role
We’re hiring our Growth Marketer to own customer acquisition end-to-end. You’ll build and run growth programs that generate demand and qualified leads for our B2B pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who’s both analytical and creative, comfortable operating independently, and excited to iterate fast with limited resources.
You'll report to the CMO and work closely with Product, Sales, and external partners. Your job is to test, learn, and scale what works.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Acquisition
- Plan and execute campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google), owned, and earned channels
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and funnel assets
- Own and optimise the full funnel from first click through hand-off to Sales
Experimentation & Performance
- Design and run structured growth experiments (messaging, creative, targeting, channel)
- Partner with Product to drive adoption campaigns and support new launches
- Track and optimize key metrics: CPC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline quality
- Propose and test new tools, channels, or formats to improve results
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Strong track record of building and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and basic analytics (e.g., GA, Looker Studio)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive action
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, resource-light startup
- Familiarity with growth frameworks, rapid testing, and outcome-driven marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, mobility, or platform-based business models
- Previous experience scaling a B2B pipeline or launching in new markets
- Working knowledge of tools like Webflow, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Ads
- Exposure to ABM or Sales Enablement strategies and tooling
Work Setup
This is a hybrid role. Our HQ is in Tallinn, where the team works together regularly each week. Remote work is welcome, but we expect monthly in-person collaboration in Tallinn to stay connected and aligned. English is our working language, and EU work authorization is required.
