Role Summary
Take charge of Cachet’s content engine. This is a hands-on creative role for a B2B minded marketer ready to plan and produce high-quality content that builds long-term brand value.
The Role
We’re hiring a Content Marketer to enhance our content production. You’ll define the content strategy, write original pieces, and collaborate on multi-media assets that drive brand meaningful awareness at scale.
This role suits someone who’s comfortable switching between strategy and execution, long-form and short-form, writing and light design. You’ll report to the CMO and collaborate across Product and Sales as needed.
What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Ownership
- Own the Cachet content engine across site social, CRM and events
- Manage production end-to-end from ideation to ensuring consistent publishing
- Track and analyze performance across formats and channels (traffic, engagement, SEO and AEO)
Multi-Format Content Creation
- Write clear, engaging content: blog posts, landing pages, social copy, emails
- Produce light-weight supporting visuals (e.g. social graphics, one-pagers)
- Collaborate with our designer for higher-quality creative assets
Support for Campaigns & Brand Awareness
- Develop content for product launches, PR, partnerships, and conferences
- Support Sales with tailored materials (e.g. decks, case studies, product one-pagers)
- Keep our website content fresh and SEO relevant
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or editorial roles
- Excellent writing and editing skills across long- and short-form formats
- Experience managing a content calendar or meaningful social media presence
- Basic design and visual content skills (e.g. Canva, Figma, templates)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, mobility, insurance, or platform-based businesses
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Experience supporting brand or product marketing in a B2B context
- A portfolio of writing samples and light creative work
Work Setup
This is a hybrid role. Our HQ is in Tallinn, where the team works together regularly each week. Remote work is welcome, but we expect monthly in-person collaboration in Tallinn to stay connected and aligned. English is our working language, and EU work authorisation is required.
Recruitment Process overview

- Hometask presentation (20 min) and interview with the CEO and CMO (40min)
