About Us

Cachet is building the insurance infrastructure to help Europe's platform economy thrive. Our technology and services are enabling platforms to control risk and prevent loss at scale.

Role Summary

Take charge of how Cachet finds and hires exceptional talent. This is a hands-on recruitment (sourcing is a big priority!) role for a recruiter who'd rather hunt than wait, someone ready to map international talent markets, build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, and bring world-class people into a niche Insurtech business.

The Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting across Cachet (including C-level leadership and niche roles). You'll proactively source candidates across international markets, help to build and run structured hiring processes end-to-end, and act as the driving force behind Cachet's ability to attract top talent.

This role suits someone who's energised by the search itself - comfortable switching between deep sourcing sprints and stakeholder management, executive outreach and technical hiring. You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership across the company. You are the second People team member on board.

What You'll Do

International Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Proactively headhunt candidates across international markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities, referral networks, direct outreach.
  • Map talent markets across multiple geographies to identify where the best talent sits.
  • Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles.
  • Craft compelling, personalised outreach that cuts through the noise and gets responses.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from building the job advertisements through offer and keeping the process tight, transparent, and candidate-friendly.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and move fast on decisions.
  • Maintain a well-organised ATS - clean data, clear status updates, no candidates falling through the cracks.

Employer Brand & Reporting

  • Represent Cachet at events, in online communities, and across professional networks to build our (employer) brand in the Insurtech space.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics: response rates, pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on sourcing/recruiting role, you've personally found and closed candidates, not just managed requisitions.
  • Strong track record of international sourcing across multiple geographies and talent markets.
  • Experience hiring for senior leadership (C-level / VP) and technical roles (engineering, product, data).
  • Excellent written and spoken English, your outreach messages, interview coordination, and stakeholder updates are crisp and professional.
  • Highly organised and process-driven, you bring structure to ambiguity, keep pipelines clean, and never let a candidate go cold by accident.
  • Comfortable with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, X-ray search, and similar.
  • Self-starter mentality, you don't wait to be told which roles need attention; you see gaps and act.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting international relocation processes (visa coordination, mobility logistics, onboarding across borders).
  • Background in Insurtech, fintech, or a similarly specialised/niche industry.
  • Familiarity with European and global hiring regulations and practices.
  • Experience building recruiting processes or playbooks from scratch in a scaling company.

Work Setup

This is a hybrid role. Our HQ is in Tallinn, where the team works together regularly each week. Remote work is welcome, but we expect monthly in-person collaboration in Tallinn to stay connected and aligned. English is our working language, and EU work authorisation is required. We sponsor relocation to Estonia.

Recruitment Process Overview

1. Intro with Head of People (1h)

3. Hometask (approx 1h to prepare)

4. Interview with the CEO (30min)

5. Background check

This role is hired on an ongoing basis and applications are reviewed continuously.
