We manufacture novel Cancrie carbons for energy storage devices. Our product comes from abundant renewable resources; it is an electrode material that delivers superior performance and is easy to adopt. We have used more than 10 different types of waste, like agri waste, human hair, chicken faeces, sewage sludge, etc, to produce our material. Our “first'' customers are lead-acid battery manufacturers (a low-hanging fruit for us) which are using traditional and non-customised materials which are made out of fossil fuels. We have chosen lead-acid batteries as our starting point because of their huge market, contributing around 75% of all rechargeable energy storage in the world. After talking to multiple energy storage device manufacturers, we are innovating to improve their devices' life-cycle & charging time at an extremely reasonable price. Moreover, as more efforts are being made to use renewable energy, energy storage devices are playing an extremely important part especially in the off-grid system. With increasing demand in energy storage, customers are looking for solutions that can improve their devices' performance and hence decrease the real life cost, increasing the ROI and life of batteries, and faster charging. At the same time, now we have a target of achieving net zero emission by 2050, which is only possible when each stakeholder improves their product towards a more efficient and sustainable alternative. We have in our pipeline customers interest from technologies like flow batteries and fuel cells. We have proof of concepts in capacitors and flow batteries, and our material goes inside various energy storage technologies.
