What you'll do
- Supervise and lead offshore utility service crews to deliver project goals on time and safely Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate resources efficiently Ensure all team members comply with offshore health and safety regulations Conduct regular safety briefings and risk assessments Monitor project progress and report updates to management Facilitate communication between field crews and management to resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in utility service operations and crew leadership Strong understanding of offshore safety standards and protocols Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders Proficient in coordinating complex projects and managing team performance Ability to work under physically demanding and challenging offshore conditions
