What you'll do
- Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts
- Ensure food quality, speed, and customer service standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Coach and motivate team members during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Help resolve customer concerns as they arise
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of manager or supervisor experience in a restaurant preferred
- Ability to lead and support a team during busy shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and accountable work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Wendy’s or quick service restaurant experience
- Experience training or onboarding team members
- Interest in long-term leadership growth and advancement
