As a General Manager, you are responsible for the successful operation of the entire restaurant. You will lead and develop managers and crew members, ensure customers receive fresh, high-quality Wendy’s menu items, and maintain a positive, well-run environment where teams are supported and guests are well served. This role owns hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day execution of restaurant operations. You will oversee new hire onboarding and training plans, deploy teams effectively, address performance and customer concerns, and lead the restaurant to achieve People, Customer Service, and financial goals. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to people development. What we're looking for

  • Previous General Manager experience
  • or at least 3 years of restaurant manager or supervisor experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Operational and organizational strength
  • Positive attitude and accountability

Nice to have

  • Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant experience
  • Experience building training programs
