About the Role

What you'll do
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and answer questions about food or beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver meals and ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal and respond promptly to any needs
- Handle payments, process transactions, and thank guests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
