About the Role

What you'll do

• • Support daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and shift oversight
• • Lead and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service during peak rushes
• • Maintain Lenwich quality standards for food prep, order accuracy, cleanliness, and safety
• • Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and ensuring proper staffing throughout the day
• • Resolve guest issues quickly while creating a warm, welcoming environment for all customers

What we're looking for

• • Experience supervising a small team in food service, QSR, or hospitality
• • Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment
• • Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
• • Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling cash and basic reporting
• • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a New York style deli or sandwich shop
• • Basic knowledge of inventory management or scheduling tools
• • Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
• • Experience training new team members
• • Multilingual communication skills (Spanish is especially helpful)
