Gracious Commissary Kitchen islooking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher plays a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all kitchen tools, equipment and dishes are properly washed, sanitized and stored. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting the team.
What you'll do
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, sinks, and storage areas.
- ● Assist with trash removal, sweeping, and mopping kitchen areas.
- ● Support kitchen staff with cleaning tasks when required.
- ● Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- ● Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
- ● Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- ● Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- ● Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
- ● Team player with a positive attitude.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment
