What you'll do

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations during shifts including opening and closing procedures
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Handle guest interactions, take orders, manage payments, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining area, restrooms, and parking lot
  • Stock and replenish supplies as needed during shifts
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Create and sustain a positive, energetic, and professional work environment
  • Manage shift schedules and support team accountability while promoting a fun atmosphere

What we're looking for

  • Minimum one year of restaurant leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to train and coach team members effectively
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and rotating shifts

Nice to have

  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Previous experience working in a fast-casual restaurant
  • Leadership skills in conflict resolution and team motivation
