What you'll do
- Lead and manage restaurant operations during shifts including opening and closing procedures
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle guest interactions, take orders, manage payments, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining area, restrooms, and parking lot
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed during shifts
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Create and sustain a positive, energetic, and professional work environment
- Manage shift schedules and support team accountability while promoting a fun atmosphere
What we're looking for
- Minimum one year of restaurant leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to train and coach team members effectively
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and rotating shifts
Nice to have
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous experience working in a fast-casual restaurant
