About the Role
We're looking for a creative, self-directed student to help us build Cantaloupe AI's digital presence and represent us in the Northshore and New Orleans startup ecosystems this summer. This is a fully remote role with occasional in-person opportunities on the Northshore. You'll have creative autonomy over LinkedIn and YouTube videos, Instagram, Beehiv newsletter and so much more!
What you'll do
- Schedule and manage LinkedIn content for Cantaloupe AI
- Produce one to two short-form videos per week (30 to 60 seconds) for YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Write blog posts and website content
- Manage Instagram presence
- Represent Cantaloupe AI in person at Startup NOLA, STartUP Northshore, and NSpire events on the Northshore and in New Orleans
What we're looking for
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage LinkedIn content calendar to grow Cantaloupe AI's brand presence and engagement
- Produce one to two short-form videos per week (30 to 60 seconds) for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Edit video content using Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools, optimizing for each platform
- Write blog posts, website copy, and supporting marketing content aligned with Cantaloupe AI's voice
- Manage Cantaloupe AI's Instagram and TikTok presence with original, on-brand content
- Use Claude (or other large language models) to draft, ideate, and accelerate content production
- Maintain content calendars, briefs, and project workflows in Notion
- Represent Cantaloupe AI in person at Startup NOLA, STartUP Northshore, NSpire, and other Northshore and New Orleans ecosystem events
- Track content performance across channels and surface insights to inform the next round of work
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on weekly priorities, content themes, and campaign launches
Nice to have
- Prior work experience in quick service restaurants, fast casual, or hourly hospitality roles
- Experience building a personal brand on LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube
- Graphic design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Photography or DSLR/mirrorless camera experience
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or recruiting industry content
- Podcast production or audio editing experience
- Basic understanding of SEO and content distribution strategy
- Experience with marketing analytics tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) given the QSR workforce demographic
- Active in the Louisiana startup or creator ecosystem
