The company have more than 25 customers and dozens of operational systems.

Job Summary:

As the Support Manager at Captain's Eye, you will be responsible on the continues operation of all the deployed systems, lead the support team, manage IT infrastructure, and act as the technical point of contact for client-side IT operations. This role involves overseeing Linux-based and containerized (Docker) environments, ensuring cloud (AWS) operation, managing network configurations, and resolving IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous and reliable operation of all deployed systems.
  • Lead and mentor the support team to monitor deployments and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage Captain’s Eye internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cybersecurity.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to enhance system monitoring and support efficiency.
  • Collaborate with client IT teams for seamless system deployment and integration.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking components such as VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and routing to maintain connectivity between on-premise systems, cloud services, and client networks.
  • Administer and maintain Linux servers, Docker containers, and AWS services (e.g., S3, VPN).
  • Use Ansible for automation and configuration management across IT environments.
  • Provide hands-on support and proactive problem resolution for both internal operations and client-facing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in IT operations and software technical support.
  • Practical experience with Linux administration and Docker-based environments.
  • Proficiency in networking (VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP, routing, DNS).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and infrastructure management tools.
  • Familiarity with Ansible or similar IT automation frameworks.
