Location: San FranciscoCaptureProof is seeking a full-time employee for a Marketing Coordinator and Customer Success Associate. The right candidate will have time management and multitasking skills to balance both positions.Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: Coordinate conferences (registration, logistics, show preparation); Manage and post to social media; Update and order collateral and promotional items; Plan and write blog content; Coordinate marketing messaging with sales; Develop and execute annual marketing road map; Email campaign management; Monitor industry news; Other duties as assigned.Customer Success Associate Responsibilities: Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve complaints; Answer the phone, greet customers, ascertain issues; Answer customer questions and provide feedback to development.Requirements: Minimum 1 year customer service (ideally phone and/or chat); Minimum 2 years marketing experience or education; Ability to analyze situations and observe patterns; Strong communication skills and ability to adapt communication; Proficient in Gmail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MailChimp; Highly organized, able to multi-task; Fluent in English (written and spoken).This position is full-time, 40 hours per week in our San Francisco office. Occasional travel may be required.
