Location: San FranciscoCaptureProof is seeking a full-time employee for a Marketing Coordinator and Customer Success Associate. The right candidate will have time management and multitasking skills that will provide successful balance of both positions.Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:- Coordinator Conferences including registration, logististics, and show preparation.- Manage and post to social media accounts on a regular basis.- Update and order collateral and promotional items.- Plan and write blog content.- Coordinate marketing messaging with sales team.- Develop and execute annual marketing road map.- Email campaign management.- Monitor industry news.- Other day to day duties as assigned.Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve customer complaints.- Answer the phone, greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.- Answer customer questions and provide feedback to our development team.Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, ideally with phone and/or chat support.- Minimum of 2 years Marketing experience or education.- Ability to analyze situations and observe patterns.- Strong ability to communicate and understand the best way to communicate with the person you are speaking with.- Proficient in Gmail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and MailChimp.- Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).This position is full-time, 40 hours per week in our San Francisco office. Occasional travel may be required.
