Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Operations to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the Revenue Operations team, leveraging Salesforce and the CareAcademy tech stack to drive efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth. You will lead the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our sales and go-to-market teams. By aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes, you will drive the achievement of KPIs and company OKRs, while managing and developing teams to optimize their performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our tech stack, including Salesforce, with a keen eye on enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives within Revenue Operations.
  • Take ownership of data analysis and reporting, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
  • Streamline sales, marketing, and customer success processes using Salesforce and CareAcademy's tech stack. Continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability across revenue-generating functions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Revenue Operations team to promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Guide professional development initiatives to maximize team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, 2+ years in a previous Director level position required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, strong knowledge of tech-stack implementations required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within tech startups or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
