Role Description

This is a paid part-time remote role for a TikTok Marketing Intern at Careerflow.ai. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for developing and producing engaging TikTok content that resonates with our target audience. The role will involve creating and editing videos, staying up-to-date with TikTok trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• TikTok content creation and video editing skills
• Knowledge of social media trends and the TikTok platform
• Creativity and storytelling abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with social media marketing and content strategy
• Ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences
• Graphic design skills are a plus

Experience:

• Some experience in Content Creation and managing a high volume of videos
• Data-driven with strong Excel, analytical skills, and proficiency with TikTok required
• Bachelor’s Degree

Interpersonal:

• Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies
• Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
• Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
• Excitement for startups and building from the ground up

Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Startup and/or EdTech experience is a plus
• Passion for EdTech, HRTech, and/or digital marketing is a plus
